For the majority of my years showing German Shepherd Dogs, I have mainly stayed with females.  In 2002, I wanted to add a male to the family.  I wanted him to have the pedigree that would compliment my girls but what was most important to me was that he would need to have a wonderful temperament and strong character. He also needed to be a good sized dog, a "Stallion" type of male.  On top of all of that, the dog would need to have the beautiful shoulder opening my animals have always been known for, a strong masculine head, good back, croup and length of neck.

One of the people I discussed this with was Sheri Moses.  Two months later, I received a call from Kent Boyles saying he may have what I was looking for and he sent me a video.  "Vinnie" was everything I imagined and more - not only that, he went back into my bloodlines which made him even more desirable as a stud dog for Norberge Kennels.

"Vinnie" cam to live with me at 14 months of age.  He is OFA certified Hips & Elbows and has proven himself to be a wonderful show dog as well as my companion.  Whether those meeting him are strangers, dog show enthusiasts, those with a passion for working or import dogs or just interested in a family companion, "Vinnie" has always been a wonderful ambassador of the breed.
